Welcome to Aora Wear, a store operated by GJB E-commerce. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions on which you may access and use our website, together with all content, features, services, and purchases made through it (the "Platform").

Prices are shown in USD at checkout and may change at any time without prior notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges. 5. Products and Availability

Products offered on the Platform may be available online only and in limited quantities. We may change product descriptions, prices, and availability, or withdraw products, at any time without notice.

We take reasonable care to show product details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colors, textures, or finishes shown on your screen will match the physical item exactly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched through third-party carriers. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at contact@aorawear.com and we'll provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch promptly with a description and supporting photos. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, a refund, or another suitable resolution.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may provide access to third-party tools, services, or integrations, made available "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Aora Wear neither controls nor accepts responsibility for these services and is not liable for any issues arising from their use.

The Platform may contain links to websites operated by others, offered purely for convenience. We do not endorse, monitor, or accept responsibility for external content, products, or services.

11. Content You Submit

Any reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other material you send us may be used by Aora Wear without restriction.
